NDUO Privacy Policy

NDUO ("the app") is developed by Charlie Rodriguez Garcia ("we"). This policy explains what data the app handles.

Summary

• Your games, saves, save states, covers and settings stay on your device. We don't run servers and never receive your files.
• The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data. Personalized ads are shown only if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment details.

Data stored on your device

Game files you import, in-game saves, save states, title-screen thumbnails generated on your device, cover images you pick yourself from Files, and your preferences are stored in the app's Documents folder and app storage on your device. They're included in your device backups (iCloud/Finder) under Apple's terms. Deleting the app deletes them. NDUO does not upload this data anywhere.

Network access

The only network connections NDUO makes are for the ads described below and for Apple's purchase system. NDUO doesn't look up, download or upload game files, covers or other content.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free and Plus users see a banner ad in the library. Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad interaction data, for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and (with permission) personalization. If you decline tracking, Google serves non-personalized ads. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Pro users see no ads, and the ad SDK doesn't load ads for them.

In-app purchases

Purchases and restores are processed by Apple. We receive only a confirmation of what you bought (an Apple transaction), and it's stored on your device to unlock features.

Emails and game problem reports

If you email us or use "Report a game problem" in the app, your Mail app sends us a message that you can read before sending. It contains what you write, your email address, and basic details the app fills in (game title and system, app version, iPhone model and iOS version). We use it only to answer you and fix the problem, and we delete it when it's no longer needed. The app never attaches game files.

Data we do NOT collect

No accounts, names, email addresses, contacts, photos, precise location, health data or analytics SDKs. We don't sell personal data.

Children

NDUO isn't directed to children under 13 and isn't in the Kids category.

Your choices

• Change tracking permission any time: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Reset your advertising identifier in iOS settings.
• Delete all app data by deleting the app.
• Buy Pro to remove ads.
